How to get :

1. Proceed to make payment.

2. The PDF file will be emailed to you. (Check your spam inbox).

3. Download the PDF file and save it on your desktop.

How to Print :

1. Open the Free Adobe Acrobat Reader (Link below to download).

2. Click FILE, and OPEN - look for the downloaded PDF File.

3. Click PRINT, and under Pages to Print, Click MORE OPTIONS.

4. In Odd and Even pages, Click ODD pages only and PRINT.

3. Reload the Odd pages (according to your printer).

4. Print the EVEN pages only.

4. Cut along the cut lines.

5. Sort the pages accordingly.

6. Punch holes.

Download once and you can print as many times as you want.
